Managing Partner, Management Consulting

Job Responsibilities:
The holder of this role is in charge of delivering and developing China market client relationships, which will be in line with the person's consulting skills and industry experience.
The individual will work in conjunction with the China local office team, and will contribute in building the company's China market presence.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Develop and execute a strategy, consistent with to grow revenue in the China market. 2. Develop an annual financial plan, with responsibility for achieving the revenue, expense, operating margin and profit objectives in the plan. 3. Identify, establish and grow new clients. 4. Expand and further develop relationships with existing clients. 5. Support the existing infrastructure for continued growth of the office, through thought leadership, solutions, marketing, and knowledge.

Target compensation will include fixed and variable (performance driven) components.
Job Requirements
At least15 years' total experience in professional services, including at least five years in a management role within a consulting services organization (preferably a "Big 3" firm) 1. Has sold and managed large consulting projects. Significant experience in leading teams to deliver and sell complex service offerings. 2. A record of accomplishment that demonstrates the ability to sell, deliver and maintain client relationships that continuously generates an on-going stream of revenue within the China market. 3. Experience and leadership in a various sectors (Automotive; Building Materials; Chemicals; Energy; Electronics and High Technology; Food & Agricultural Products; Pharmaceuticals and Medical Products). 4. Managing and implementing service area leadership within Enterprise Applications a plus. 5. Strong leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to contribute to the growth of China consulting practice. 6. Ability to attract, build, mentor and direct a high-performing cohesive team. 7. Deep understanding and commitment to Amerson's values and operating model 8. Having very strong business acumen and solid executing ability.
