Project Manager - SAP

Job Responsibilities:
Leads a project team in delivering SAP solutions according to project charter or contract.
1. This role has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
2. This role manages project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements.
3. This role requires rich experience with project management or team member ( on site or remote site ) management.
4. The right candidate should be able to aggressively develop and enlarge company's clients group.
5. The position is responsible for full life cycle SAP implementation project.
6. The job holder will be required to analyze client needs and translate them into system requirements and responsible for system realization.
7. This role will handle system setting, configuration, training and technical issues.
8. This PM will manage project team and fully engage with clients.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Good skills in spoken and written English, with open and professional communication style.
3, At least 6 years experience from consulting firms or 8 years internal experience from industry with SAP project leadership experience.
4. At least 5 years in SAP project management and deep knowledge with major SAP modules.
5. Deep understanding of SAP software and project implementation methodology.
6. Experience on Proposal and RFP responses preferred.
7. Good people management skill.
8. PMP certificate will be a plus.
9. Team work spirit. Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated.
10. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment .
11. SAP certificate will be a big plus.
